Enjoy the warm decor, with walls flanked by original frescoes and paintings. The dishes are concocted by chef Michael Thibert, a gourmet family cuisine with excellent juices and sauces. Veal sweetbreads with morel mushrooms, scallop risotto, veal liver with parsley... This institution ticks all the boxes of a fine restaurant, with the added bonus of a wine list featuring over 500 wines.

Open Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner. Wine bar open Saturday continuously from 11am. Menus from €30 to €45 (starter, main course, dessert + à la carte suggestions). Set lunch menu: €24 (2 courses, €28 3 courses). Wine by the glass.
