Intimate restaurant offering subtle cuisine with a Burgundian touch and locally sourced produce

Soul Kitchen is a small restaurant with big ideas. Mathieu Ghennal reveals all his talent from his kitchen, which opens onto an intimate dining room. Just one permanent menu on the slate, with a touch of Burgundy, and alternating daily specials of local, seafood or vegetarian produce. It's your chef who takes care of the service, a welcome opportunity to chat as you enjoy your meal. Dishes are subtly crafted, combining tradition with bold combinations of local produce.

Merveilleuse expérience. Restaurant au concept sympa avec 12 places et 2 menus. Honnêtement le meilleur dîner de l'année jusqu'à présent. Le propriétaire est super accueillant et passionné. C'était le premier dîner d'une nouvelle tradition. Tous les meilleurs !

Nous étions très impatients de goûter à leur cuisine, car les critiques et les photos étaient élogieuses. Nous avons vérifié les horaires d'ouverture le soir sur Google maps et nous nous sommes rendus sur place, mais c'était fermé. Il était pourtant bien indiqué qu'il était ouvert ????
