Soul Kitchen is a small restaurant with big ideas. Mathieu Ghennal reveals all his talent from his kitchen, which opens onto an intimate dining room. Just one permanent menu on the slate, with a touch of Burgundy, and alternating daily specials of local, seafood or vegetarian produce. It's your chef who takes care of the service, a welcome opportunity to chat as you enjoy your meal. Dishes are subtly crafted, combining tradition with bold combinations of local produce.
