Hotel set in a 17th century mansion near the Notre-Dame Basilica in Beaune, with an inner courtyard.
This former auction house belonging to Élisée Epailly, first auctioneer of the Hospices de Beaune wine auction, was transformed into a 3-star hotel by successors Claude Epailly and his wife Elyane. Completely renovated, Les Remparts Hôtels et Demeures Historiques is now a 4-star family mansion with a tower, glazed roofs and a superb courtyard, all set against the 15th-century ramparts. Bruno and Emmanuelle Epailly have turned it into a magnificent boutique hotel. Book online, breakfast is included!

Service irréprochable.
Cependant pour un 4 étoiles :
- plusieurs anomalies : porte salle d'eau déglinguée et dure
- défaut de commande electrique
- prise murale HS
- cafetière ne fonctionnant pas bien. Capsule usagée oubliée dedans
- WC pas indépendant
- pas de parking (mais les gratuits ne semblent pas loin)
- pas de possibilité de recharger ma voiture électrique.
- crottes de chien (écrasées...) dans la cour privée
J'ai tout de même beaucoup apprécié ces 3 nuits.
