For the past 30 years, former baker Landi has been offering his hot dogs at the entrance to the 405 South Quadra on the residential side. For many regulars, they are the best hot dogs in the capital. His snack bar is one of the most famous in town, and not by chance. Every morning, the bread, finely grated potatoes and tomato sauce are prepared...
