Brasilia was built largely by Nordestins. Many stayed, others moved to the Paranoá lagoon in search of a better life, and all felt a deep nostalgia for their home region. Since 1982, the Gibao Carne do Sol has reconstituted itself as a small corner of the Nordeste, with its typical Nordeste menu and old photos. For a good carne de sol with cassava, salad, beans... In short, a good Nordeste meal in the middle of the Parc da Cidade. Relaxed atmosphere and large terrace.
