PONTE JUSCELINO KUBITSCHEK
The 1,200 m-long J.K. Bridge, with its three white arches, is an emblematic landmark in the city of Brasília
Inaugurated in 2002, the J.K. Bridge, with its 1,200 metres of length and three white arches evoking the movement of a stone ricocheting on the water, is also an emblematic point of interest in the city. Its lateral walkways allow pedestrians to walk over Lake Paranoá, protected from cars. From an architectural point of view, the construction is also a reference. The three arches support the three decks, each 240 m wide, with steel cables.
