The restaurant of Relais de Bèze has everything of a good Burgundian inn, with its rustic setting, its welcome and good cuisine. Chantal and Francis Despeyroux has nothing to prove, however the chef always adds an original touch to his dishes. The à la carte menu that he concocts varies according to the seasons and the menus always bear the lovely names of Raisins de Bronzes, Raisins d'Argent, Raisins d'Or... Our preference at the moment? Foie gras ravioli with their white butter sauce, Espelette pepper, veal Granada, porto sauce with mashed sweet potatoes and nonnettes of gingerbread with gratin Epoisses, flavoured with the marc of Burgundy. Welcome to the heart of Burgundy and its flavours! In summer, the terrace is pleasant and the chef opts for big salads, grilled meats and delicious fish.
