Manko Athens is one of the restaurants of the One & Only Aesthesis Resort. It's a chic establishment based mainly on Peruvian flavors with some Mediterranean and Japanese inspiration and influences. Prices here are upmarket, but the value for money doesn't disappoint. You can enjoy delicious ceviche, tartars made with the fish of the day, tiraditos and sashimi, among others. All of this is complemented by a fine selection of international wines, sparkling wines and cocktails with a Latin twist.
