Very sincerely disappointed. I had high expectations when I went to Nobu, but right from the start things got off to a bad start: it was 8 degrees that evening and we were told that our table was outside. After a refusal, we were told that we would be dining indoors. But that was without counting on the air-conditioning, which was set to cold mode. Everyone around us was wearing a jacket or coat. Ridiculous !
We then ordered aperitifs and starters. The drinks arrived after the starters!
And the climax came with the main courses. One of the guests received her course 15 minutes before the others. I might as well tell you that the €550 charged at the end stuck in our craw.

I would have tried it, but I'm not going back!

I visited the restaurant along with two more friend in December 2018. We all had the special omakase along with two bottles of wine, and two cocktails before the start of the meal. Although the omakase is tasty and well thought, it did not have the "wow factor" that I would expect for its price. This, combined with the overpriced wine list will detain me from visiting again. However, in my humble opinion the ambient and the service are excellent!

Me and my husband were very disappointed with this restaurant. We expected a relaxing evening with delicious food, unfortunately it was anything but.
First of all, 2 of us were seated on a big round table that seems to be for 4 people, but would perfectly fit 5 or even 6. The table was close to the entrance and in the middle between the kitchen and wine area. There were constantly people passing by and we both felt very uncosy, watched and unable to relax as well as speak properly.
Second, the food. We ordered one sushi set (California?) and it was just tasteless. Main was fish of the day (2 small pieces) and grilled vegetables, both good but nothing at all mind blowing. After trying this food and seeing the price tag we decided not to go for anything else as it was just a complete waste of money for this quality of food. We paid 183 euro for 2 non alcoholic cocktails, water, sushi roll and fish with vegetables (both dishes to share). Soo not worth it; although now reading reviews i see we were lucky to pay "this little". Service was on the one hand very friendly, on the other even sometimes annoying, as there was just too much personnel for the quantity of the guests (who would think that can ever be a problem!). We just recently returned from Japan, so had a good comparison of food; we also live in Switzerland and expensive restaurants do not shock us. We left very disappointed as it was literally just a waste of money and of our evening. There are so many amazing restaurants nearby, i would not recommend spending your time here.

Η τοποθεσία, και η θέα του εστιατορίου είναι εξαιρετική.

Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό ενώ ο χώρος φιλόξενος και περιποιημένος.

Σχετικά με τα πιάτα μπορώ να πω πως απογοητεύτηκα.

Πήραμε τη σαλάτα Matsuhisa sashimi salad στην οποία όταν έτρωγες γευόσουν τη γεύση του αίματος, δεν ήταν καθόλου καλό.

Συμπαθητικές γεύσεις είχαν το καρπάτσιο σολομού και οι γαρίδες με το wasabi pepper sauce.

Το πιο ωραίο πιάτο ήταν το καβούρι με το creamy spicy, εξαιρετική γεύση.

Τέλος πήραμε ένα αστακό, μίσο τηγανισμένο, μισό ψημένο.

Ο τηγανισμένος είχε πολύ έντονα τη γεύση του λαδιού και γενικότερα ήταν πάρα πολύ βαρύ ενώ ο ψητός ήταν καλύτερος.

Σε κάθε περίπτωση θεωρώ ότι οι τιμές με την ποιότητα είναι τρομερά δυσανάλογα.

Δεν θα το πρότεινα διότι στην Αθήνα υπάρχουν πολύ καλύτερες επιλογές σε εστιατόρια της ίδιας κουζίνας.
