Emil Leroy Jönsson welcomes you to an enchanting place nestled in the heights of Breitenbach. This unusual, eco-friendly space is made up of 14 hyttes, Scandinavian-style cabins. They are distributed around the Felle Hytte, a communal house where organic breakfasts and dinners are served. Whichever cabin you choose, you'll find something to suit every taste, and some offer Scandinavian-style relaxation. It's a great way to take a break from the daily grind and get away from it all.

As a family of three, this Skandinavien wooden cabin concept offered the perfect chance for a break away from the hustle and bustle of our busy daily lives. Although we stayed only one night, we felt recuperated and refreshed upon leaving the next day.
The friendly and helpful staff supported us with every small little need we expressed. Thank you for giving your utmost best to make our stay as pleasurable as possible.
What really touched me deeply was the passion, love and time that goes into growing the vegetables and greens in the garden. Although reconstructed to be presented like a piece of art in the restaurant, the earthly origin remained in the taste. It was clear that every fine little detail was well thought through and carefully planned in order to bring forward the best attribute of every ingredient going on the plate. Chef Frédérique has this amazing ability to transform every course into a masterpiece. An explosion of flavour, well balanced with just the right amount of acidity to refresh the palate was served with finesse and pride!
We were so excited about this amazing chef‘s approach in the kitchen that we bought a gift voucher for a friend as a birthday gift.
Personally , I cannot wait to taste more of his authentic creations!

Le site, l'architecture étonnante et le confort intime de la hytte avec sauna et jacuzzi procurent un bien-être inoubliable. Le soir y est exceptionnel car le menu "empreinte" en 6 temps proposé par le Chef Frederic et son équipe dévouée nous transporte dans un autre monde. Après l'omble chevalier en amuse-bouche, les 6 séquences, déclinant chacune un produit du potager du domaine ou de la région, sont imaginatives et délicieuses: le céleri, la tomate, le chevreuil, les fromages, la quetsche et le champignon puis la poire, accompagnés de vins en accord choisis par la sommelière, forment une grande œuvre qui mérite bien une étoile…
