You can find the locals at the table and that's a good sign. Theosteria is located at the bottom of the village, certainly we left the meanders of the paved streets, but forget the direct environment because you are at the best table of the village. You will discover an authentic Sardinian cuisine, traditional and very tasty. From theantipasto to the dolce, the dishes are delicious and rather hearty. If you have to choose, go for the pasta and the cold cuts. We had a very pleasant time during the height of summer. The service, as often in Sardinia, is impeccable.
