In the past, the iron extracted from the mines of Vallone and Ginevro was loaded aboard the boats on the beach of Innamorata, then called «Cala de lo ferro», to join the continent. The restaurant takes its name from the wagons, the scialà, used to transport the minerals. This little historical reminder does, let's go to practice! Marine restoration, but also meat, focacce and pizzas. Flavors and freshness are at the meeting. Everything here is good, unbeatable, served with smiles and on a terrace facing the sea.

Restaurant à tester, pour sa cuisine sans prétention mais réussie, et sa situation au bord de l'eau. Le service est cordial, l'ambiance agréable. Très sympa !
