It is not devoid of charm, with its closed corbelled balconies that offer distant similarities with some British or Dutch cities. The San Filep brass band club is housed in a beautiful old building dating from 1866, with a beautiful green wrought iron balcony. Also on this square, the San Guzepp Club is housed in an elegant building dating from 1860, with a beautiful marble staircase. Also worthy of note is the Church of St. Philip, built by Gerolamo and Vittorio Cassar and completed in the mid 17th century by Tomasso Dingli.
