The Asperges Frick farm has been growing Alsatian asparagus since 1996. During the asparagus season, from mid-April to mid-June, you can visit their store to buy white asparagus in various lengths, green asparagus, jars of sweet and sour asparagus, as well as a variety of local farm products such as hams, wines, cheeses, oils, eggs and rhubarb. The farm complies with the Asperge d'Alsace "Quality Charter" and is a member of the Bienvenue à la ferme network, guaranteeing the superior quality of their products.
