The discovery of the manufacture of the famous Four Roses is accompanied by a detailed tour of the places of each stage of the production chain, of the video explanations and of an essential tasting. Before of course go to the shop… Four Roses is part of the famous Bourbon Trail in the United States. Although it is available for purchase in the Grande distribution, some bottles are sold only in Japan, Europe or Kentucky. Four Roses, born in 1888, "a Bourbon straight at the beginning" was created by Paul Jones. Acquired in 1943 by Seagram group, a large blended production was produced, for the European and American market. Acquired in 2001 by the Japanese group "Kirin", Four Roses today enjoys a real boom in the whisky market thanks to a growing demand from Japanese and European customers.
At affordable prices, these American bourbons can be bought. Beautiful vials, some reminiscent of the east, contain a dark amber nectar. They are recognizable by their roses on the presentation label.
Developed from corn, rye and malted barley, this liquor, Four Roses Bourbon, is aging in new white oak barrels for at least five years. On the nose there is a fruity side with rich and subtle aromas. The mouth lets you discover a slight taste of smoking, all worn by a striking balance. The round end, gentle, and slightly noticed will delight the largest fans fans.
