MIDDLE FORK KITCHEN BAR
A trendy address in the booming hipster district of the Distillery District. A beautiful selection of bourbons, a wood-fired oven and an open kitchen that opens onto a modern and lively dining room, this is the setting of the Middle Fork Kitchen Bar restaurant. The menu is divided into small and large plates, in any case, the ideal is to share in order to taste as much as possible the original flavours that alternate between more elaborate dishes and revisited American classics. If you want to try a specialty, gotta is a dish of German origin found in northern Kentucky made with chopped sausages and served on a bed of grits (cornstarch typical of southern cuisine). Good but as rich as it is dense.
