The Dawkins Line Rail Trail is a 18-mile track, the first part of which was opened in 2013. The trail connects Hagerhill, south of Paintsville, to Royalton County. Another 18 miles will be added in the second phase of project development. This trail built on the route of an old railway line is accessible to hikers, cyclists and riders.
