KENTUCKY MUSIC HALL OF FAME & MUSEUM

Founded in 2002, the Kentucky Music Hall of Fame honours native music personalities from Kentucky (performers, composers, publishers, developers, managers, broadcasters, actors and other professionals) who contributed to the music industry. Although the country and bluegrass are widely represented, other genera are also highlighted (folk, gospel, blues, jazz, pop…). Many objects, stage costumes, musical instruments, photos, videos and explanatory panels, and a strange move in a universe to artists for many of us unknown. Stars include Dwight Yoakam, Crystal Gayle, Wynonna and Naomi Judd, Loretta Lynn, Ricky Skaggs and Rosemary Clooney.
