AUBERGE SAINT-MARTIN
Inn restaurant offering home cooking and a menu that follows the changing seasons.
The Auberge Saint-Martin, still of apparent stones located in the centre of Bouilland on the edge of the Rhoin, is a pleasant stop. Enjoy the charm of its small room with covered views on the west slope of the small valley. To say everything you are away! Since 2003, Marie-Luce and Didier Poulet have been home to a well-known, family-run, Burgundian cuisine. The map follows the changes in seasons and the kitchen is 100% house apart from the ice! Veined and salad salad, or wine-making, make the heart of the customer happy. The pheasant bowl and its onion jam or charolais beef fillet in its rosemary juice will also be noticed. The wine list has called the local wines, the productions of the Hauts-Côtes give itself to drink at good price as in half-bottle. In summer, choose the small terrace to spend a pleasant time before or after walking around the village.
