DUR À CUIRE
Located in the heart of Old Longueuil, the Dur à Cuire does not dissolve. It must be said that the place is lively and most sympathetic, not forgetting the cuisine of Chef Jérémie Marcille and his team that puts on safe values with a beautiful touch of creativity. Some examples of the menu: flip-dried liver with fine pie of mushrooms and old cheddar; crispy polenta with grapes, gorgonzola, cream, peas and pistachios; salmon tartare with marinated cabbage, coriander, grapefruit, caramelized pacanas and fries; AAA beef coast 1855 and inspired topping. On arrival or for the aperitif, you will be advised of oysters or the charcuterie plate. We love it!
