Tappa per gli amanti del formaggio. Ingresso al costo di 8.50€ direi davvero onesto. La visita di 1 ora e mezza inizia con un video sulla vita dei contadini e allevatori durante un intero anno (molto nostalgico), prosegue con la fattoria e la spiegazione su come viene prodotto il Munsterkäse e poi alla fine la degustazione. Très belle cave a fromage qui retrace l'épopée du mythique Munster ! Le fromage qui embaume les frigos !! Dégustation au top. Découverte d'une race rare de vaches , la vosgienne. Et magasin souvenirs hyper intéressant. Cerise sur le gâteau : le nid à cigognes était rempli d'une jolie maman cigogne et son cigogneau. Un magnifique tableau ! Vive l'Alsace !
