SOURCE OF THE BLUE EYE
A 50-meter-deep spring set in a forest of oaks and plane trees, with bright blue-green water around the edges.
This 50-metre-deep spring (Syri i Kaltër) owes its name to the hues of the water that gushes to the surface: bright blue-green on the edges, reminiscent of the iris, and dark black in the center, like the pupil. Located in a protected forest at the foot of the Mali i Gjerë (Large Mountain), it gives rise to the Bistrica River. Once a hunting and fishing reserve for the Communist elite, the site attracts fans of selfies and (theoretically forbidden) swimming in 5°C water. Boat hire and hiking trails are available nearby.

Nota: vous pourrez trouver sur place, restauration et WC. La baignade est interdite... et pourtant des gens se baignent et cela ne semble pas poser de problèmes.
difficile de garer sa voiture… marche à pied à prévoir.
