Overlooking Lafayette Matavai Bay, Hiti Mahana offers alfresco dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner, under the direction of an Executive Chef who blends Tahitian, Asian and Mediterranean flavors. On Thursdays, a Marquesan evening with Kaputu Nui, and on Saturdays a Polynesian show, both accompanied by a buffet. You can also enjoy the Bay Bar, ideal for a cocktail overlooking the ocean, with Happy Hour from 5pm to 6pm.
