Restaurant with a shaded terrace in a pleasant little inn atmosphere.
Olivier Robert, originally from the Creusot, drove his bosse into the largest brigades in the region. He started at a pastry before joining the Hostellerie de Levernois in Beaune then the house Lameloise in Chagny then the Gourmandine in Beaune before joining Bouze-les-Beaune. With such a course, we can therefore enter the eyes closed here and let the chef look after our taste buds. That is what we did and we were not disappointed. We keep a good memory of the Bourgogne snails in verrine with their broth sweet garlic and the filet fillet. The small hostel atmosphere is pleasant, the. shaded with contemporary touches as well as the beautiful days.
