Tahitian restaurant on stilts with a slightly lighter menu at lunchtime
On stilts, in the most romantic of settings (reserve a table by the water, with candles and the lagoon), this is one of Tahiti's finest restaurants. Refined service, a pleasantly original menu, including an excellent pan-fried fillet of beef, mushroom cromesquisite, asparagus virgin and coffee-infused jus created by chef Bruno Oger... A unique menu for lunch and dinner. The bill is a little steep, of course, and the atmosphere a little fashionable for some, but the restaurant has other arguments to seduce.
