Located in Moorea's Temae terminal, L'Escale de Temae is the place to go for a treat while waiting for your flight... or just for fun! For 32 years, Pascal has been delighting diners with dishes of the day that take the taste buds on a journey, such as his parrot paupiettes with dill, pork ribs with pineapple, or goat's cheese with curry and coconut milk. He has even written a book on Polynesian and French cuisine. Chez Pascal, it's local taste with a hint of culinary improvisation! In short, it's a great place to eat, with a brasserie atmosphere.
