Serious and pleasant, he and his Tahitian team will take you to a good dozen sites, including Papetoai lagoon for a start amidst clownfish, butterflies and parrots; Eden Park spot for immersion with turtles and lemon sharks above a coral garden; and Mamaru to reach the sandbar home to white-tip sharks. Opening time and information on SCUBA PITI

Daily departures for exploration dives at 7:30 and 9:30 a.m. and one afternoon dive from July to October for certified divers. Price: 8,000 XPF/dive. Baptism dives depart daily at 11:30 am. Price: 9,500 XPF / pers. Te Moana Pass and eDiving Pass members. August 1 to October 31: Whale snorkeling, 7,000 XPF without launch or 17,000 XPF with launch.
