Good table offering a cuisine mixing Polynesian flavors with French influences
In a delightful setting (on the edge of a beautiful beach, with a swimming pool - superb at sunset), this fine restaurant offers cuisine blending Polynesian flavors with French influences. For lunch, we serve sandwiches, salads, raw fish, pasta or grilled mahi mahi with curry and coconut milk. In the evening, a papillote of lagoon fish, a piece of king mackerel, a sauté of goat's cheese with curry and coconut milk or a duck breast. The desserts are all the rage, with the chocolate fondant and its flaky praline.
