Metis Restaurant is a brand new restaurant located on the beautiful island of Huahine. On the spot or to take away, you will enjoy the good dishes cooked by the chef who trained as a chef in France and former Relais Mahana. Among others: parmentier of lamb mouse foie gras, pork with caramel, pork mignon with red curry, platter of Texas beef ribs... Jean Fred has been living in Polynesia for many years with his Tahitian wife. He has seven tables in his restaurant and it is strongly recommended to make reservations by phone or e-mail.
