Here's the only jeweler in Huahine! Frank worked for 8 years in the workshop of a pearl farm, so that working with gold and silver no longer holds any secrets for him. Motu Trésor also exhibits and sells beautiful pieces of local craftsmanship, necklace made of pencil sea urchin (Heterocentrotus mamillatus), reproductions of Melanie's work (from the Umatatea gallery) are on display. We also like the engraved mother-of-pearl and cut shell necklaces by a Marquesan artist. A recommended stop, to be coupled if possible with the adjoining Musée du Coquillage.
