Beautiful address elaborating a delicate and generous cuisine, mixing Polynesian sweetness and Mediterranean accents
Villa Ixora's restaurant is highly recommended even if you are not staying there. Chef Terence Trouyet offers a delicate and generous cuisine, mixing Polynesian sweetness and Mediterranean accents. Whenever possible, he works with local fishermen, market gardeners and farmers. A dozen or so dishes from land and sea are offered for the main course, unless you prefer to try a creamy risotto with truffles and porcini mushrooms, another of Terence's specialties. A nice wine list to accompany all this, in short a nice address!

L'accueil est chaleureux et sympathique par la propriétaire et son équipe de serveuses. Les plats sont raffinés et très bons. Et on y trouve aussi des petits vins que nous connaissions de la métropole. Ça fait du bien de boire de bonnes choses.
Allez y !
