Beautiful address elaborating a delicate and generous cuisine, mixing Polynesian sweetness and Mediterranean accents
The Villa Ixora restaurant comes highly recommended even if you're not staying there. Chef Terence Trouyet's cuisine is delicate and generous, blending Polynesian sweets with Mediterranean accents. Whenever possible, he works with local fishermen, market gardeners and farmers. A dozen or so land and sea dishes are available for the main course, unless you'd prefer to try a creamy risotto with truffles and porcini mushrooms, another of Terence's specialties. A fine wine list to go with it all, in short, a great address!

L'accueil est chaleureux et sympathique par la propriétaire et son équipe de serveuses. Les plats sont raffinés et très bons. Et on y trouve aussi des petits vins que nous connaissions de la métropole. Ça fait du bien de boire de bonnes choses.
Allez y !
