In October 2019, Jérôme and Camille transformed a former shoe store into a veritable temple of gourmet pleasures. Since then, their success has continued to grow in Habsheim and throughout South Alsace! Jérôme, a passionate chef since 2014, offers an exceptional selection of French and Alsatian meats, including the famous Galician meat. The artisanal charcuterie, meanwhile, makes your mouth water at first sight. Their flagship specialty? The Habs Elsass Burger, which took them to the final of the Coupe de France du Burger! Tout était juste trop bon, sans exception ! On m'avait dit que je n'allais pas être déçu mais je ne pensais pas que ce serait à ce point là ! Et l'équipe est juste parfaite ! Tellement de choses (bien) à dire que ce serait beaucoup trop long ! Merci pour tout !!
