Chinese restaurant with fast service preparing elaborate cuisine with large woks
This Chinese restaurant is not at all touristy and is mainly frequented by local customers. The room is not great but we appreciate the direct access to the kitchen: the chef Armand Ho-Ying is busy, the big woks are quivering... The service is quick and nice, and above all you eat well: chao men or chao chap, fish stuffed with shrimps, goat's cheese with garlic, mahogany or curry, crab in sweet and sour sauce, squid sautéed with ginger or lobster or cheese (yes!). The hardest part will be choosing.
