Restaurant preparing Chinese specialties, poultry, meat and raw fish
It doesn't look like much, yet the Tiare Hinano is the only "real" restaurant in Rurutu, located on the seafront in the village of Moerai. Chinese specialties well prepared (chao men, Cantonese rice with salted fish, fou you ha, tsao tsap), but also lemon chicken, lacquered duck, braised beef, pork with oyster sauce, curried shrimps and the inevitable sashimis and raw fish à la chinoise or coconut milk are to be discovered in two large rooms, one of which is air-conditioned. The reception is very friendly.
