Restaurant offering an attractive home-made menu in Brochon.
Blandine Velut is brilliantly developing her table in the center of a charming village on the Route des Grands Crus. She's been on course since 2015 in her open kitchen, overlooked from her bistro room. Everything is homemade with local produce, even herbs from the garden. The quality-pleasure-price ratio is unbeatable, with a 5-course menu that's frequently renewed. The restaurant's name pays homage to the Brochon wind turbine that once brought running water to Château Stéphen Liégeard.
