Founded in 1946, Maison Gaugry is well known to Burgundy cheese lovers. The stars here are Palet de Bourgogne, a delicious soft cheese with a washed rind, Soumaintrain and Chaource PDO. Winner of several awards, Maison Gaugry enjoys developing products that combine gourmet pleasure with respect for tradition, such as Époisses AOP, Plaisir au Chablis bio, Crémant and Brochonnais bio.
