Seven whitewashed wood bungalows with pandanus roofs, furnished in a cosy colonial style: the ideal setting to unwind. Those with a view of the pass are preferable, unless the swell lulls you a little too much. Meals are a blend of mainland and Tuamotu flavors, and can be enjoyed on the deck overlooking the Tiputa pass, where dolphins are the stars. Beware, the currents are strong, so be careful with the little ones! And the icing on the cake: a professional, friendly welcome from the owners to complete this enchanting interlude. Recommended!

1 - "Dirty" bungalow:
hole in the walls, tap shower and furred hangs down, old mosquito net and salts, feel of general dirtiness (and yet we used to camping!)
Nous avons séjourné dans un bungalow d'un goût exquis et d'une propreté exceptionnelle en bord de la passe.
Le clapotis des vagues quasiment au pied de notre logement.
Le soir, devant la terrasse, vous verrez les requins à pointe noire qui prennent la relève des poissons perroquets et autres merveilles dans la journée...
De la terrasse, on peut assister au ballet des dauphins qui profitent des mascarets dans la passe. Joséphine et son équipe sont très accueillants et serviables.
Ils nous ont prêté des vélos pour de petites balades sur l'île.
Allez-y sans hésitation, pour pourrez aussi partir en expédition dans la passe pour explorer les fonds ou vous laisser porter par la mer à la découverte de l'intérieur de la lagune. Un souvenir absolument exceptionnel !
