Daniel Cachot is known for his artisanal know-how and is one of those passionate farmers who respect the product. It is not by chance, therefore, that many of his gourmet products have been awarded gold medals. On his farm, he cultivates and harvests apples, rhubarb, vine peaches, grapes and other red fruits to make juices and nectars. magnifiques produits, tant sur les jus, les confitures, le pain d'épices et surtout surtout pour la crème de cassis..... sans contexte l'une des meilleures que je connaisse. Daniel est accueillant et dès que je peux venir en Côte d'Or, à Beaune, je n'hésite pas à faire un petit détour pour aller me réapprovisionner à la Ferme Fruitière.
