Better than toes in the sand: butts in the water! In terms of location, the Requin Dormeur snack bar is without doubt the best spot on the island for lunch. Whether seated on the terrace or in the water (and in this case on benches immersed in the lagoon), raw coconut fish and other grilled fish don't have the same flavour as elsewhere... Why the "Sleeping Shark", by the way? Simply because they're all around! Perfectly harmless, they sometimes come right up and tickle your toes!
