Village restaurant with terrace serving well-cooked, local and not so local dishes
It's the only "real" restaurant in the village, and has been a favorite for many years for its 100% Polynesian atmosphere. On the premises or to take away (extra charge), well-cooked dishes, both local and not-so-local, are served on a vast, shaded terrace on the lagoon side; the setting is superb. In the evening, the turquoise disappears but the atmosphere remains: the tables attract almost the whole village. To top it all off, the welcome is friendly and smiling; in short, this is an address that travelers are often unanimous about.
