Benoît and Clotilde Lécuyer chose to work as beekeepers in the Châtillonnais region. Les Ruchers de Darbois was born at the same time as the National Forest Park, and immediately acquired the Esprit parc national - forêts label. The honey house is equipped to the highest standards, with cold filtration, a 100% organic approach and a rich range of summer and spring honeys, flavored variants and chutneys. Hundreds of hives each house 70,000 bees, which gather honey from the flowers of lime, oak and maple forests.
