This renowned restaurant is now run by Maurice. With a reservation, you can enjoy shrimp fritters, lobster (depending on availability) and raw fish every day. The food is good and the setting pleasant. Large eels can be seen in the pool adjoining the dining room (as impressive as in Huahine): just throw them some food and wait. Without a doubt, this is an address not to be missed. Don't forget to make reservations, as the flow of tourists is so random that it's best to avoid finding a closed door!
