This renowned restaurant is now run by Maurice. With a reservation, you can enjoy shrimp fritters, lobster (depending on availability) and raw fish every day. The food is good and the setting pleasant. Large eels can be seen in the pool adjoining the dining room (as impressive as in Huahine): just throw them some food and wait.
