Sabrina and Arole Dupaty have named their restaurant after the region's largest continental orchid. And it's no coincidence that their restaurant has been awarded the 100% Côte-d'Or label. As for the dishes, everything is of course local, and some ingredients are even concocted on site! Le Sabot de Vénus is a gourmet restaurant where Arole prepares dishes that change daily according to the market and the season. If you'd like to stay here for a while, the owners have a gîte in a typical Châtillonnais farmhouse.

On ne dirait pas comme ça vu de l'extérieur, mais ne pas se fier aux apparences car c'est juste excellent.
