At the Conclois farm, which has been a 100% organic establishment since 1992, Sophie, Thibaut Salloignon and their 3 children took over the family farm in 2016. In its green pastures, some fifty ewes graze in all seasons to produce excellent quality milk, highly nutritious and rich in Omega 3. The products obtained from this ewe's milk are mouth-wateringly delicious. Discover our tomme, feta and aperitif spreads! Lamb caissettes, wheat flour and small spelt flour are also produced on site.
