Here's a very pleasant seaside address. You'll recognize it by its shaded terrace with the beautiful olive tree at its center. The menu, created by the talented Margarita Evaggelopoulou, offers creative dishes based on local fish and seafood. The menu includes a generous ceviche with meaty Paros shrimp, citrus juice, chili and fresh coriander. Meat, meanwhile, is sourced from the neighboring island of Naxos.
