Beneath the kitchens of the famous Le Millésime restaurant lies this magnificent vaulted, wood-panelled cellar: it's here, in this warm universe, that you can discover the rigorous selections of Annie Guette, director and sommelier. More than 200 references, 100% regional and mostly Côte-de-Nuits, are sure to delight Burgundy lovers. A cellar whose wines can be found on the menu of Matthieu Mazoyer's restaurant, or by the bottle on the cellar terrace in summer. Online sales on the website and open on Sundays!

Il est impensable de passer à chambolle-musigny sans prendre le temps de déguster un verre de vin dans cet endroit plein de charme. La terrasse en escalier entre deux murs est sympathique et l'intérieur de la cave est chaleureux. Asseyer vous et laisser vous guider par l'hôte des lieux, qui vous fera découvrir les trésors du dur labeur des vignerons de Bourgogne en fonction de ce que vous aimez et recherchez dans le vin. Dans cet endroit le vin devient un trésor, où le temps s'arrête et fait place à l'enchantement de vos papilles.

Hors de prix ! Dégustation payante si pas d'achat ! Je peux comprendre qu'il y ait des abus mais venue pour goûter un Bourgogne que je ne connais pas, je suis vite ressortie... Dommage

Easy, relaxed tasting! We just walked in. No reservation was required. It was perfect for us because we really wanted to understand the nuances of the reds in this particular area. We also loved how the host guided us to lesser known crus that had lovely bottles but aren’t as famous, and therefore also are quite well priced. For us, the fun is finding great wine that doesn’t always have the big name associated with it. We also enjoyed how she featured a few female producers. We bought two bottles so the tasting was included. There is a small fee if you just do a tasting. They also have cute outdoor seating.
