Mil is a culinary laboratory in the hands of Virgilio Martinez, the young chef prodigy of Central in Lima. It offers tasting tours. We begin by discovering the traditional cultures, with the backdrop of the archaeological site of Moray. We continue with a botanical route and the distillery.
