MANQURA RESTOBAR
This restaurant, with its contemporary, plant-based decor, showcases the region's star products: fish and seafood, of course. Carlos and Roberto's signature cuisine is fresh and well served. Of course, you'll find fried fish, rice with langoustines and black shellfish typical of northern Peru, as well as traditional dishes such as chevre. Special mention should be made of the braised seafood or stir-fried rice(tacu tacu) served on a hot stone. Great atmosphere on weekend evenings, with occasional live concerts. Terrace at the back.
